Yes, we support full customization, including size, material, and logo. We offer both OEM & ODM design services, and a technical agreement will be signed prior to mass production.

7. How do I order products from Joiwo?

1).Confirm with the Joiwo team for the best model number, quantity, function, and other special requirements.
2).A proforma invoice will be made and sent for your approval.
3).Productions will be arranged upon receipt of your approval and payment or deposit.
4).Goods will be delivered on time as stated on the proforma invoice.
5).Continuous support to our clients for import and export customs clearance.

8.How do you guarantee quality?

At Joiwo, we implement a rigorous multi-stage testing process across all departments—from material procurement (IQC) to final product inspection (OQC)—including IPQC, FQC, and sales representative reviews. This ensures every industrial telephone unit or system device component meets stringent quality standards before shipment. Additionally, we welcome third-party inspections conducted by your appointed auditors.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We support T/T (bank transfer), O/A (open account), D/P, D/A, and PayPal for small sample payments.
2. Do you provide credit terms such as O/A or D/A?
Yes, but only for long-term partners who pass our credit evaluation and meet annual purchase requirements.
