This railway telephone serves as an emergency help point, and are installed near train doors, toilets, and disabled areas, enabling passengers to request assistance from the driver or ground control in emergencies. It functions as a digital audio & video device within wired video intercom system, allowing separate retrieval and storage of audio and video streams. The system supports full-duplex intercom communication and adjustable microphone and monitoring volumes. An optional independent pinhole camera provides one-way visual intercom for enhanced safety.

  3. Quick Response. The alarm system is equipped with a priority handling rule. When it receives a passenger emergency alarm signal, it will automatically prioritize the processing of this signal over other routine information.
